Our shipping logistics vary depending on your delivery address. We primarily dispatch orders from warehouses in China and New Zealand to ensure the quickest possible delivery to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes or cancellations. After this window, requests cannot be accommodated. However, once you receive your order, you can return as per our Refund policy.
